At the heart of my coaching is the primacy of deep listening, and I work from a values-base of calm, compassionate and confidential attention. My practice is informed by insights from mediation, philosophy, psychology, neuroscience and I strive to deepen my learning by constantly learning and refreshing my practice. We spend a great deal of time at our jobs - and thinking about them even when we’re not there. Everyone faces dilemmas and difficult decisions in their work. I help to unknot the threads, get clarity on the situation and we work together to explore options and resolutions to the issues. 

My aim is that you will leave a coaching session with me ‘unstuck’, feeling lighter, more grounded and centred, able to trust your own voice and judgment, and with the clarity you need to move forwards.
