Working together

My coaching engagements are bespoke to your needs and designed in partnership with you - whether that is one single, clarifying conversation to reset your course, or a continuing, regular engagement to work more deeply together across a number of fronts.

Our conversations will be confidential, offering you the freedom to say what you really think, to rehearse complex conversations in a safe place, and to play with ideas without fear of judgement. Your commitment to taking action between sessions is within your gift.

My aim is that you will leave a coaching session with me feeling more grounded and centred, able to trust your own voice and judgment, with the clarity you need to move forwards.

Before you decide to work with me, we’ll have an initial free 30 minutes discussion to explore how we might work together, to see if we’re the right fit, and to answer your questions.

Explore: you know have capacity to achieve more and want to give your full attention to the issues that are getting in your way.

6 sessions of 90 minutes over a 6 - 12 month period. Online or in person.

Stay on track: you know that you need to stay strategic and adaptable as you lead your team. Making space for deep and honest reflection, building in a dedicated time where you can access support and challenge are critical factors in your success. Think of it as a gym subscription for your mind.

Unplug to Recharge outdoor coaching.

Unplug to Recharge has been developed in response to online fatigue and clients struggling to find time to take proper breaks while working from home.

Married with some great research about the effect moving in nature has on our capacity to think differently, it is designed as a 45’ - 1hr coaching session over the phone while you take a walk. You get a break from the screen, a breath of fresh air and can work an issue through with me.

Reflections on walking coaching

Talking to Aine is always extremely helpful. Making time for a conversation outside and away from the screen not only helps with the thinking but also mitigates the death by Zoom that we’re all experiencing at the moment.

Constant zooming is draining and would not have yielded the same mental space to speak and think that it may have in a pre-covid world. Also, the ‘unplugging’ element is very attractive because it forces you away from the screen without feeling guilty.
I found this new way very attractive as it could take me away from my working space and computer. Engaging in a walking exercise while taking in the view was very conducive of opening up.

Fresh air and open space, even in cold wet weather inspires creativity and encourages clarity. It is *literally* freeing and allows you to zoom out and view problems from a distance.
